Interesting how you've picked a moment with a particular sound coming into the foreground.
It might be possible to appreciate it even more if the soundscape around it was established.
A reference to Hitchcock's movie, "The Birds"? I think he did mix-in seagull cries.
The potential shock effect of this clip might also be improved with more establishment of the setting/soundscape.
